To initiate the returns process, please contact us at [email protected].
- Enter your order number ;
- Specify the number of the item(s) you wish to return;
- Attach photos of all items to be returned.
Conditions for returning orders:
- The return request must be submitted within a maximum of 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when received. They must not have been used, modified, installed or damaged in any way whatsoever.
- The money-back guarantee does not apply to clearance items or special orders.
- Once the returned items have been received and the above conditions have been verified, the refund will be made minus the applicable charges.
- No return request will be accepted without photos proving the condition of the items.
- Your order must be returned in its entirety. All items received must be returned. Partial refunds will not be issued for flooring products or pallet orders.
Return costs :
For flooring orders, a restocking fee of 20% of the pre-tax price of the items, as well as shipping costs associated with the return, will be deducted from the total refund amount. Pick-up and transportation of the order will be arranged by L'Artisan du plancher and its service providers. An estimate of the cost will be provided at the time the return is estimated.
